Sharyn Coghlan

Sharyn was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2005 having previously obtained a degree in Business and Law and prior to that a Diploma in Legal Studies. She has worked in private practice dealing with private clients during her years of study and post admission to the Roll of Solicitors.

She has worked primarily in the area of Conveyancing which involves all types of property transactions, both residential and commercial, and acts in both the purchasing and selling of such properties and sites. Sharyn has dealt in numerous mortgage transactions, restructuring of loan facilities and has resolved and dealt with many title issues.

Sharyn also has experience in and is a supporting role for private clients and their families in the preparation and drafting of wills, creation and registration of Enduring Power of Attorney and Probate and Administration of Estates. She has knowledge of the licencing laws in Ireland and has before assisted many clients in obtaining various licences.
