These cases take time as we need to gather as much information as possible to substantiate your claim. We will need to get a medical report outlining how the abuse has and continues to affect you and we will further need to take up your records from the past such as care and GP records. Sometimes these records have been destroyed or are extremely difficult to find and the whole process may take a long time.
